For your convenience, I can provide signing agent duties that will ensure that your document is filled out correctly and that your ID is verified before you sign. If you require a witness, please let us know in the comments section. For a closing, please provide the name and number of your lender and agent. Our office has a full conference table seating up to 8 people and is open from 1pm to 4pm on weekdays and 1pm to 3pm on weekends, with a closing time of 6pm. Thank you!
